智通财经APP获悉，据报道，马来西亚廉价航空AirAsia亚洲航空的母公司壹必投集团Capital A(5099.KL)可能最快或于今年7至8月在香港双重上市。
报道称，壹必投集团CEO Tony Fernandes表示“香港交易所主动联系我们。他们认为壹必投是东盟地区最优秀的公司之一，他们希望这家公司能在香港上市。我认为，董事会已批准，我们将着手处理此事。我们已聘请银行家。可能会在今年7月或8月上市。”
他曾在2025年5月首次提及可能在香港上市的事宜。
