近日，有网友拍摄到三辆电动自行车在上海高架立交狂飙，无视高架通行规定，交管部门立即介入调查。当事人驾驶非机动车违反禁令标志且拒绝接受罚款处罚，被依法采取行政强制措施扣留非机动车的处罚。
