3月30日，据上海市医保局官微消息，上海市医保局介绍，为保障本市基本医保大病患者的基本医疗和合理诊疗需求，自2026年4月1日起，每次大病登记的有效期调整为1年，超过1年后需要继续医疗或在一年内需要变定点医疗机构的，重新办理登记或变更手续。
2026年4月1日已登记未到期的本市基本医保大病治疗项目，其原登记有效截止日期自动顺延6个月。
