3月30日，香港证监会公布，无纸证券市场制度预计于2026年11月16日实施。无纸证券市场实施后，新上市的证券将须自上市时起以无纸形式发行。至于实施日期前已经上市的证券，发行人将于五年内逐步纳入无纸证券市场制度。发行人及市场将提前收到有关这些安排的通知。持有股份证明书的投资者可灵活选择何时将其股票转换成无纸形式。
