爱奇艺拟在港交所上市
3月30日，爱奇艺公告，公司已以保密方式向香港联合交易所提交上市申请表。同日，公司董事会批准了一项股份回购计划，授权公司在未来18个月内回购至多价值1亿美元的股份（包括美国存托股份形式）。该股份回购计划自批准之日起立即生效。
