德国联邦政府3月25日正式通过《2026气候保护计划》，德国政府拟为该计划投入80亿欧元(约合636.44亿元人民币)，重点发力陆上风电，计划新增约2000台风力发电机组，贡献12GW的装机增量，发电量相当于目前约15-20座燃气发电厂。
