3月30日，巨化股份（600160）发布公告，因工作调整，韩建勋辞去公司副总经理职务。辞职后，韩建勋不在公司及控股子公司任职。
经公司总经理提名，公司董事会提名委员会资格审查通过，同意聘任黄波为副总经理，任期至公司第九届董事会任期届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，巨化股份实现收入203.94亿元，归母净利润32.48亿元。
