《科创板日报》30日讯，三星电子已完成西安工厂工艺升级的第一阶段，逐步淘汰了传统的128层（V6）NAND闪存，并已开始量产236层（V8）产品。目前，三星电子正在筹划进一步的升级，预计将于今年完成向286层（V9）NAND闪存的过渡。 (ETNews)
