3月25日,长春人文学院有学生发布视频哭诉,称自己在“翻转课堂”上体验不佳。
翻转课堂指的是学生和老师互换角色,让学生走上讲台,老师扮演听众。但有同学借助AI等工具生成课件,她表示听不懂,更希望回归传统课堂、正常写作业。

A student complaint about the effectiveness of a "flipped classroom" at Changchun Humanities and Sciences College has sparked debate over teaching reforms.
The student posted a video online on Wednesday saying she struggled to follow peer-led presentations, some of which used AI-generated materials, and expressed a preference for traditional lectures.
视频发布后,不少人对翻转课堂发表各自态度,也有人担心学生会被学校施压,25日这位女生再次发视频,“学校没有施压,反而接受建议,有建议可以在评论区提出,后期会针对课堂模式召开研讨会。”
The flipped classroom model requires students to take on teaching roles in class, while instructors act as facilitators rather than primary lecturers. After the video circulated, opinions online were divided, with some supporting more interactive learning and others questioning its practicality.
在评论区中,也有老师留言表示同样不喜欢这种模式——耗费更多精力不说,还可能耽误正常教学进度,若不是学校要求教学创新,自己并不愿意采用。

26日,该高校宣传部门工作人员称对此事知情,学校正在研究课堂授课模式,“这名学生是愿意学习的,可能压力比较大,目前学校也在研究对策,还要征求学生们意见。”
The college said on Thursday that it was aware of the situation and was reviewing the teaching approach, adding that student opinions would be considered.
记者注意到,学校官方账号同样表示,将在线下设置“开放麦”,供师生就“混合式课堂”进行讨论。

理想情况下,翻转课堂能够更大程度激发学生的学习主动性,增进师生互动,进而改变“老师滔滔不绝、学生昏昏欲睡”的情况。
在实际教学中,翻转课堂的效果似乎并没有预想中那么理想,甚至频频“翻车”。近期,中国青年报社社会调查中心的一项调查显示,41.8%的受访者觉得流于形式的翻转课堂或小组讨论很“水”。
While intended to promote engagement, the model has shown mixed results in practice. A recent survey found 41.8 percent of respondents considered similar classroom formats superficial.
有媒体评论发文称,有一种新型“水课”,打着“翻转课堂”的旗号,将本该激发学生自主研究的教学方式,变成了“课件由学生写、课由学生讲、课后作业也由学生互批”的刻板模式,教师在课堂上全程“隐身”,既不教授知识也不给出建议,只剩一群啥也没学过的学生进行“菜鸡互学”。
让翻转课堂不“翻车”,首先要明确一个核心前提:并非所有课堂都适合翻转;课堂翻转之后,师生之间也要达成共识,朝着共同的目标一起努力,这是翻转课堂不“翻车”的关键;学校也要清醒认识到这一点,不盲目推行翻转课堂,而是结合不同学科、不同学段的特点,制定合理的教学要求,同时及时收集师生的意见和建议,持续优化完善。
说到底,教育教学中的任何一项创新与改革,本质上都是如此:形式固然重要,但内容才是根本。唯有摒弃形式主义,注重内容实效,凝聚师生共识,才能让老师教得舒心、学生学得安心,真正实现教学相长的育人目标。
Observers say its success depends on whether it is suited to specific subjects and whether teachers and students share clear goals, emphasizing that education reform should focus on substance rather than form.
