北京时间3月29日下午消息，韩国足协官方发布公告，球员卡斯特罗普因脚踝受伤退出国家队。
韩国足协官方表示：队医于当天上午对卡斯特罗普的受伤部位进行了最终检查，结果判断其无法参加下一场比赛，出于保护球员的考虑，决定让其提前回归俱乐部。
据悉，在门兴与科隆的比赛中，卡斯特罗普右侧脚踝扭伤，韩国首场对阵科特迪瓦的比赛，卡斯特罗普也因伤缺席。
