《科创板日报》30日讯，礼来与英矽智能已达成一项价值27.5亿美元的协议，计划将后者利用人工智能开发的药物推向全球市场。根据公告，该协议将使英矽智能获得1.15亿美元的预付款，剩余款项将根据监管和商业里程碑以及未来销售的特许权使用费支付。
