“宁德统战”消息，3月24日，市委常委、统战部部长陈怡走访调研市各民主党派、侨台联机关，了解各单位工作情况，听取意见建议。
上述消息显示，陈怡已任宁德市委常委、统战部部长。
陈怡出生于1977年，曾任共青团福建省委农村青年工作部部长、共青团福建省委组织部部长，2021年8月任宁德市副市长至今。
