财联社3月29日电，八一钢铁(600581.SH)公告称，公司2025年末经审计净资产为-17.29亿元，触及上交所退市风险警示情形。公司股票将于3月30日停牌一天，3月31日起被实施退市风险警示，A股简称变更为“*ST八钢”，股票价格日涨跌幅限制为5%。
