当地时间3月27日，软银集团宣布获得400亿美元过桥贷款，用于加大对OpenAI的投资及一般企业用途。该公司此前已同意通过愿景基金2号（Vision Fund 2）向OpenAI投资300亿美元。该公司表示，这笔过桥贷款为无担保贷款，期限至2027年3月，由贷款方摩根大通、高盛、瑞穗银行、三井住友银行和三菱UFJ银行等机构共同安排。
