格隆汇3月27日丨国银金租(01606.HK)发布公告，2026年3月27日，公司作为出租人与承租人(即宁夏泽诚新能源有限公司)订立融资租赁合同，据此，(i)出租人同意以代价人民币16.20亿元向承租人购买租赁物，及(ii)出租人同意向承租人出租租赁物，租赁期为132个月。租赁物为位于宁夏回族自治区的风力发电设备。
