彭博社记者提问，英国以国家安全为由，否决了明阳智慧能源集团在苏格兰建造风力涡轮机工厂的计划。中方对此有何回应？
林剑表示，中英经贸绿色合作的本质是互利共赢，不应受到泛政治化、泛安全化的冲击，希望英方为包括中国企业在内的各国企业提供公平、公正、非歧视的营商和投资环境。
