格隆汇3月26日｜Corebridge Financial与Equitable Holdings宣布，双方已签订最终协议，将以全股票方式进行合并。根据周三收盘价计算，交易价值约为220亿美元。此次合并旨在打造一家在规模上更具优势、业务组合更加多元化、且拥有更多交叉销售机会的领先型退休、人寿、财富及资产管理公司。该交易预计将于今年年底完成。
