3月26日，王朝酒业（00828）发布全年业绩公告，截止至2025年12月31日的财务摘要显示，公司的收入减少37%至约1.7亿港元（2024年：2.71亿港元）。毛利减少49%至约5340万港元（2024年：1.05亿港元），归属于公司所有者的利润减少59%至约1370万港元（2024年：3340万港元），每股基本盈利为0.97港分（2024年：2.37港分）。
收入下降的主要原因是受到宏观经济影响，以及中国葡萄酒消费市场需求疲弱，特别是中高档产品销售大幅下滑。
