3月26日，小马智行宣布启动双擎战略，2026年，加深国内布局，加速国际扩展，加速海内外超过20个城市落地。同日，小马智行宣布与自动驾驶出行服务公司Verne、全球出行平台Uber联合宣布达成战略合作，将率先在克罗地亚首都萨格勒布推出欧洲首个商业化Robotaxi服务，目前已启动初期部署。
