当地时间3月25日，伊朗外交部长阿拉格奇对美国呼吁谈判的做法提出质疑，并强调伊朗尚未进行任何谈判。
阿拉格奇在电视采访中表示，美方态度的转变，恰恰是在此前要求伊朗“无条件投降”无果后，承认了自身失败。
