金山云在港交所公告，雷军因其他工作安排，已辞任非执行董事，自3月25日起生效。于雷军辞任非执行董事后，其亦不再担任董事长、董事会提名委员会主席及董事会薪酬委员会成员。董事会宣布，副董事长邹涛已获委任为董事长及提名委员会主席，屈恒已获委任为非执行董事、提名委员会成员及薪酬委员会成员。
