随着气温逐渐回暖，冰凌花在牡丹江多地悄然破冰绽放。冰凌花每年3月中下旬陆续绽放，4月中旬达到盛花期。今年花期与往年基本持平，目前正处于初开期，最佳观赏期将持续至4月上旬。
