人民财讯3月24日电，南都电源(300068)3月24日公告，此前，公司拟作价14.15亿元将公司从事铅回收的全资孙公司安徽华铂再生资源科技有限公司（简称“华铂再生资源”）100%股权，转让给安徽省厚基联能运营管理合伙企业(有限合伙)。因近期市场环境及资金筹备发生阶段性变化，各方同意终止此次股权转让相关事宜。
