3月24日，据报道，SK海力士表示，为准备新产品的大规模量产，公司将采购价值11.95万亿韩元（约合79.7亿美元）的ASML极紫外光刻设备。SK海力士在监管文件中称，将在2027年12月31日前完成这批设备的采购。
