据记者刘闻超的消息，上海海港后卫魏震是因眼部受伤无法参加此次国足集训。
刘闻超写道：魏震因伤无法参加此次国足集训。对阵大连英博的比赛中，魏震上半场堵枪眼时眼部受伤，当时甚至都有点出血的症状，短暂处理后还是继续打完了半场。中场休息被换下也是因为伤势在当时一度有点影响视线，回到上海后还得继续治疗康复。
