中国经济网甘南3月24日综合报道 据“甘南人大”消息，3月23日，甘南藏族自治州十七届人大常委会第三十次会议在合作召开。会议决定任命杨振林为州人民政府副州长，决定杨振林为州人民政府代理州长。
杨振林，男，藏族，1972年9月出生，甘肃省委党校研究生学历，中共党员。
