彭家正老友粉，来自广西，老友粉是广西南宁的地标小吃，与螺蛳粉、桂林米粉并称广西三大米粉。起源于上世纪30年代：茶馆老板为风寒老友，用酸笋、豆豉、蒜米、辣椒猛火爆炒煮面，老友吃后发汗病愈，赠匾“老友常来”；最初是老友面，后因当地人更爱米粉，演变为老友粉。
