美股三大指数集体高开，纳指涨1.61%，标普500指数涨1.35%，道指涨0.5%。英伟达股价上涨1.94%，苹果股价上涨1.86%，谷歌-A股价上涨0.9%，微软股价上涨0.6%，亚马逊股价上涨2.3%，Meta Platforms Inc Class A股价上涨1.18%，特斯拉股价上涨2.23%，奈飞股价上涨0.54%。消息面上，美国总统特朗普23日对美国媒体说，伊朗“非常想达成协议”，美伊“可能在5天内甚至更短时间内”达成协议。伊朗方面否认与美国进行了对话。
