美国总统特朗普今天（3月23日）称，“美国和伊朗在过去两天里就彻底、全面解决我们在中东的敌对行动进行了非常良好且有成效的会谈。”为此，他已指示美国国防部“将针对伊朗发电厂及能源基础设施的任何及所有军事打击行动推迟5天”，“前提是正在进行中的会议和讨论取得成功”。
