3月23日，天华新能（300390）发布公告，近日公司董事会收到首席财务官罗聪的书面辞职报告，罗聪因个人原因申请辞去职务，原定高管任期至2028年12月25日届满，其辞职后将不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。
2025年，天华新能实现收入75.49亿元，归母净利润4.02亿元。
