3月23日，高伟达（300465）发布公告，控股股东鹰潭市鹰高投资咨询有限公司解除质押股份611万股，占其所持股份的6.88%及公司总股本的1.38%；截至公告披露日，鹰高投资累计质押股份311万股，占其所持股份的3.5%及公司总股本的0.7%。
2025年前三季度，高伟达实现收入7.30亿元，归母净利润2135万元。
