伊藤忠商事3月23日宣布向ITC Platinum Development（IPTD）追加投资。IPTD是由伊藤忠、日本金属与能源安全机构等共同成立的日本财团。伊藤忠商事和IPTD合计持有位于南非布什维尔德岩体北翼的普拉特里夫矿10%的权益，该矿是目前全球最大的在建贵金属项目之一。
