据北京三中院，2026年3月23日，北京市第三中级人民法院依法公开宣判北京市朝阳区人民政府原副区长黄宏春受贿一案，对被告人黄宏春以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十二年，并处罚金人民币八十万元。对被告人受贿犯罪所得及孳息予以没收，上缴国库。
