金相玉质
像黄金一样的外表、美玉一样的质地，比喻从外表到品质都非常优美。
The Look of Gold and the Texture of Jade
This metaphor is used to describe anybody or anything that is very beautiful both internally and externally.
引例 若刀笔之中而得志行，是则金相玉质，内外俱美，实为人宝也。（《周书·苏绰传》）（如果掌管文案的官吏有突出的志向操行，这样的人就是金相玉质，里外都美，实在是人中瑰宝。）
If a person in charge of official documents displays outstanding aspiration and virtue, he is assuredly endowed with the look of gold and the texture of jade, a man of fine appearance and character. Such a man is a valuable asset, indeed! (The History of Zhou of the Northern Dynasties)
