智通财经APP获悉，据港交所3月20日披露，PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk(简称：MGR)向港交所主板递交上市申请书，瑞银、中信证券为其联席保荐人。招股书显示，MGR是一家于印尼证交所上市的黄金开采公司，是亚洲顶尖的纯黄金生产商之一。
