3月20日，*ST沐邦（603398）发布公告，廖志远因个人原因辞去公司董事、董事长及总经理职务。辞职后，廖志远将不再担任公司任何职务。
公司董事廖志鹏代为履行董事长及总经理职责，直至公司董事会选举产生新任董事长之日止。
2025年前三季度，*ST沐邦实现收入2.27亿元，归母净利润-3.56亿元。
