*ST沐邦3月20日公告，公司董事会近日收到董事长及总经理廖志远的书面辞职报告，廖志远因个人原因辞去公司董事、董事长及总经理职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，辞职申请自送达公司董事会之日起生效。公司董事廖志鹏将代为履行董事长及总经理职责，直至公司董事会选举产生新任董事长之日止。
