近日，所谓“律政红人”张某霞的荒诞过往被知情人士曝光。经调查，张某霞并无法律教育背景，早年以做私厨、卖鸡翅包饭为生，且行事霸道，曾涉嫌带人砸门进行暴力催收。2018年左右，她利用当地律师资源紧缺的空档，凭借“泼辣”会吵架的性格，以公民代理人身份替人出庭当“嘴替”，从而一步步包装转型为所谓的“律政红人”。
