3月20日，东方基金发布高管变更公告称，3月18日，因工作调整原因，崔伟离任董事长职务，由总经理刘鸿鹏代任董事长。
公告在离任高管转任公司其他岗位说明中表示“另有安排”。根据上海证券报，崔伟离任董事长后，将继续担任该公司董事职务。
根据企查查，东方基金的第一大股东为东北证券（000686.SZ），持股比例57.6%，第二大股东为河北国控资本管理有限公司，持股比例24.30%。
