3月19日，友好集团（600778）发布公告，公司拟与新疆广汇房地产开发有限公司续签《租赁合同》，继续租赁位于新疆乌鲁木齐市高新区的商业房产，租赁面积为4.98万平方米，租赁期限为10年，租金总额为2.16亿元。
该项目的租赁合同将于2026年10月到期，续签旨在保障公司的市场占有率和区域商业布局。
2025年前三季度，友好集团实现收入11.76亿元，归母净利润1414万元。
