吴说获悉，由 Ripple 支持的加密新创企业 Evernorth 宣布已向美国 SEC 公开提交 Form S-4 注册声明，涉及其与 Arrington Capital 赞助的 SPAC 公司 Armada Acquisition Corp. II 的业务合并及相关交易安排，目标打造纳斯达克上市的 XRP 财库公司。 此前 2025 年 10 月，Evernorth 曾披露该交易预计募集资金规模超 10 亿美元，用于建立 XRP 财库策略。
