3月18日，天德钰（688252）发布公告，公司控股股东之一致行动人璞钰投资股份有限公司通过收益互换合约方式以自有资金627万元间接增持公司股份30万股，占公司总股本的0.07%，并计划在未来6个月内继续增持总金额不低于2000万元且不超过4000万元。
2025年前三季度，天德钰实现收入16.98亿元，归母净利润1.95亿元。
