3月18日，亚士创能（603378）发布公告，公司控股子公司涉及一起票据纠纷案件，原告为重庆伯特斯阀门有限公司，诉请公司支付票据款项10万元及相应利息。案件已由上海市青浦区人民法院受理，目前尚未开庭审理。
此外，自上一公告以来至本公告披露日 ，公司及子公司新增诉讼涉案金额合计1.31亿元，均作为被告或被申请人。涉及的诉讼包括运输合同纠纷、金融借款合同纠纷及建设工程施工合同纠纷等。
2025年前三季度，亚士创能实现收入3.97亿元，归母净利润-3.11亿元。
