当地时间3月17日，Nscale宣布已与微软签署意向书，将提供1.35吉瓦AI算力，并将美国西弗吉尼亚Monarch AI园区建设为英伟达下一代Vera Rubin GPU的全球旗舰部署项目。该部署将自2027年下半年起分阶段交付。同日，Nscale还宣布收购位于西弗吉尼亚州梅森县Monarch计算园区，该园区占地面积最高达2250英亩，是美国首个获州认证的AI微电网。
