北京商报讯（记者胡永新）3月17日，国家金融监督管理总局咸阳监管分局发布的行政处罚信息显示，中国大地财产保险股份有限公司咸阳中心支公司因给予保险合同约定以外的其他利益，被罚款19.8万元，时任该公司新零售渠道服务专员席锦花被警告，并罚款4.8万元。
