戴德军同志任中共阿坝州委委员、常委、书记；
徐芝文同志不再担任中共阿坝州委书记、常委、委员职务。
公开报道显示，戴德军，男，汉族，中共党员，1972年7月生，此前任四川省应急管理厅党委书记、厅长，兼任四川省安全生产委员会办公室主任。
