当地时间3月16日，俄罗斯外交部长拉夫罗夫在向莫斯科防扩散大会参会者发表的视频讲话中表示，军控形势复杂，美方未对俄方关于《新削减战略武器条约》的提议作出回应。
拉夫罗夫指出，2026年2月5日，俄美《新削减战略武器条约》已终止。俄总统普京提出的关于双方继续自愿遵守条约中对于双方部署的洲际弹道导弹、潜射弹道导弹、重型轰炸机及其核弹头数量的上限规定，未得到美方回应。（央视新闻）
