3月14日，随着最后一方混凝土浇筑完成，由河南交投焦郑高速公路有限公司建设、河南省公路工程局承建的焦平高速公路焦作至荥阳段项目南水北调斜拉桥正式合龙，为全线通车奠定了坚实基础。
