3月13日，小黄鸭德盈（02250）发布公告，公司预计2025年归母净亏损不少于7800万港元，2024年同期亏损约4640万元。
公告指出，公司2025年营运亏损较2024年的约5200万港元较少约41%。然而，公司2025年预计就转让商标的营收代价作出不少于4500万港元的非营运性及非现金减值拨备。
