微芯生物3月13日公告，公司近日收到国家药品监督管理局签发的《药物临床试验批准通知书》，同意公司产品CS08399片开展临床试验。CS08399是一种甲硫腺苷（MTA）协同型蛋白精氨酸甲基转移酶5（PRMT5）抑制剂，对甲硫基腺苷磷酸化酶（MTAP）缺失型肿瘤细胞具有高度选择性的抗肿瘤活性。
